About Us

Integrity In-Home Care was founded in 2015 by our owner/operator Don Farrell with the goal of providing the highest quality of care. Due to a catastrophic workplace injury, Don's father struggled with disability and pain throughout his life and often needed the assistance of others. The experience of caring for his ailing father fostered in Don a desire and a passion to create an in-home care agency that would provide the best care to those in need.

Since then, Integrity In-Home Care has grown into a thriving agency with over 100 caregivers servicing an ever expanding area from Salem Oregon to Vancouver Washington. In addition, we have received numerous awards, including being voted the Best of Home Care: Provider of Choice.

Our aim is to be the "provider of choice" for you or your loved ones and to provide the compassion and quality care that everyone deserves.
